Upon successfully completing a payment for a reservation via our website (www.hoteldnorthstar.com):
Instant Confirmation: You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your payment and booking details immediately.
Email Confirmation: An official booking confirmation email (E-Receipt/Voucher) will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process within 30 minutes of the transaction.
Troubleshooting: If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If it is still missing, please contact us immediately at hoteldnorthstar@gmail.com or +60 89-229 977 to verify your booking status.
The service (accommodation) is delivered to you physically at the hotel premises upon Check-in.
Location: Hotel D'North Star, 28-33, Jalan Utara, Bandar Prima Square, 9000 Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia.
Check-in Procedure: Please present your Booking Confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport at the reception desk upon arrival.
Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.
Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is by 12:00 (12:00 PM) on your departure date.
We guarantee the availability of the room category you booked for the dates specified in your confirmation. In the unlikely event that your specific room category is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will upgrade you to a higher room category at no extra cost or offer an alternative solution in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
